Bought a few portholes from a nice lady in colwyn bay North Wales, they come out of an old ship that was being broke up for salvage in India, i thought they would be perfect for pyrites and match the iron rivets, new portholes would look odd on our old boat,


It only took a couple of days to install the portholes 3 on one side and 4 on the other as we have a side hatch on that side, i think they look quiet good and match the boat, the most expensive part is going to be the liners for inside but that will have to wait until the interior is ripped out as we have had a few leaks which has rotted the floor rite through, as you can see one side of the vessel is black and one blue, i will get round to painting her before the winter sets in
